Product Description

Inline Self Cleaning Water Filter

1. Structure and working principle:

The self-cleaning water filter is composed of a tank body, a filter column, a backwashing structure, a speed reducer, an electric Valve, a differential pressure controller and an electric control box. The horizontal partition in the self-cleaning water filter tank divides it into two upper and lower chambers, the upper part is a clear water area, and the lower part is a water-repellent area. The two are completely separated, and a plurality of stainless steel filter elements are mounted on the horizontal partition. The raw water to be treated enters the Zeshui area through the inlet and enters the inner cavity of the filter column from the bottom up through the cloth water hole on the horizontal partition. Impurities larger than the gap of the filter column are trapped, and the clear water passes through the gap into the clear water area. All filtered liquid through the filter column merges in the freshwater zone and then flows out of the outlet.
When the impurities accumulate in the filter column to a certain thickness, the pressure difference will be generated before the clear water area and the drowning area. At this time, the differential pressure controller can automatically control the kickback mechanism to start, or the backwash System can be manually activated to remove the filter residue.

2, performance advantages:
(1) Self-cleaning function: This machine uses the cleaned water from itself to clean the filter column. It does not need to remove the filter column for cleaning, and there is no need to separately configure the cleaning system.
(2) Continuous water supply function: Several filter columns are installed in the tank at the same time. When the backwashing, each filter column is washed one by one, and the other filter columns continue to work, thus achieving continuous water supply.
(3) Automatic backwashing function: The machine monitors the pressure difference between the clear water zone and the Zeshui zone through the differential pressure controller. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure controller outputs a signal, and the backwashing mechanism is controlled by the electric control box. Start and shut down for automatic backwashing.
(4) High-precision and reliable filtration: The filter column of this machine is made by winding stainless steel wire with a trapezoidal section on the multi-ribbed skeleton, which has high strength and corrosion resistance. A precise filtering gap and a V-shaped area facing the liquid direction are formed between each adjacent two steel wires, and particles larger than the slit are collected to form a filtering layer, thereby further improving the filtering precision. The V-shaped area also provides an appropriate release angle to facilitate the smooth removal of impurities during backwashing.
(5) Large filtering area: This machine is equipped with several filter columns in the whole space of the carcass, making full use of the filtering space. The effective filtering area is generally 3~5 times of the inlet area, the backwashing frequency is low, and the resistance loss is small. And the size of the filter is reduced.
(6) Reliable mechanism: The tank is divided into clear water and turbid water chamber. The backwashing suction cup and filter column are divided into two chambers. The two chambers are separated by a partition. The suction cup is close to the smooth one. The backwashing mechanism is reliable and durable because it is not in contact with impurities.
(7) Operation safety: This machine is designed with a safety protection clutch to protect the machine from power loss and protect the mechanism from damage when it encounters overload resistance during backwashing work.
